History of Heath Middle School

Heath Middle School is named in honor of Edith V. Heath, who taught in the Greeley area for 43 years, beginning in 1899. Ms. Heath's brother Herbert was also a teacher. At the time it opened in 1955, Heath was considered to be on the far western edge of Greeley.
