When you think about your experience in our district, what makes you feel proud to work here?

"I feel proud to be part of a school that has created a welcoming environment where scholars and staff genuinely feel they belong."

What keeps you feeling connected to and supported by our school community?

"I feel connected and supported because Heath administration encourages us to think beyond the norm and continually grow as educators. Our teacher team also plays a big role—we support each other and learn together every day."

What's a fun fact about your job?

"Every day is different! You never know what the day will bring when the creative, energetic, and hopeful sixth graders step into the classroom."

What is one experience with a student or staff member that left a lasting, positive impact on you?

"The moments that stay with me most are when former scholars come back to visit, wave or call out from bus windows, or write notes after moving on. Those small gestures remind me that the relationships we build truly matter."
